Commitment to Community

At Journal Capital, a Wolfe Family Company, we believe that real estate is more than buildings and investments—it’s about strengthening the communities where we live, work, and grow.

Our commitment goes beyond transactions; it’s rooted in building meaningful, lasting partnerships that uplift and empower.

For generations, our company and its leaders have invested in service and in community. In 1989, John W. Wolfe created the Robert F. Wolfe and Edgar T. Wolfe Foundation (“The Wolfe Foundation”), which bears the names and continues the legacy of our company’s early leaders. The Wolfe Foundation has amplified our community impact and enriched the lives of central Ohio residents for decades.

Supporting Local Initiatives

We actively support local initiatives focused on education, food insecurity, healthcare, and social services. By investing in programs that improve access to quality education, medical and basic human services and cultural enrichment, we help create a foundation for healthier, more vibrant communities.

Employee Engagement

Giving back is part of our culture. Our team regularly volunteers their time and resources to support local causes and events. We believe that active participation helps us stay connected and responsive to community needs.

Our Partnerships

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Together with the Wolfe Foundation, we partner with nonprofit organizations, civic groups, and local leaders to drive impactful change. We work to build stronger social and economic foundations that benefit everyone.
