Tammy Dosch

Tammy helped found the firm’s real estate investment company in 1998. She has primary responsibility for the firm’s strategic vision and direction, and is actively involved in all aspects of operations, including investment oversight, partner relations and investor procurement and reporting.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Accounting, Wright State University; CPA.

Chris Dusseau

Chris joined the Wolfe companies in 2025. Chris has primary responsibility for oversight of legal and compliance matters, including investment vehicle formation, risk management and portfolio investments.
Education: Bachelor of Arts, University of Notre Dame; Juris Doctor, University of Oregon School of Law.

Tani Mann

Tani joined the Wolfe companies in 2001. She serves as the critical connector between business operations and people strategies: employee experience, total rewards, engagement, culture, safety and technology.
Education: Bachelor of Arts, Accounting and Economics, Ohio State University; Master of Arts, Human Resources, Keller Graduate School, DeVry University.

Dan Merkle

Marsha Ruddle

Marsha oversees strategic financial planning, reporting, accounting, treasury and tax. She joined the Wolfe companies in 2023, with an extensive background in real estate finance.

Chris Ruess

Katie Wolfe Lloyd

Katie leads the firm’s community stewardship strategy and initiatives. She builds and maintains strategic relationships with civic, community and nonprofit organizations, and guides philanthropy. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including The Columbus Foundation, Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Center for Family Safety and Healing, and Star House.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Miami (Ohio) University.

Tyler Branton

Marissa Bond

Marissa develops financial models and tools to enhance portfolio performance and forecasting. Since joining the firm in 2021, she has streamlined operations by creating cash flow systems, an investment database, and asset management support.
Education: Bachelor of Arts, Accounting, Capital University.

Tiffani Fischer

Jon Granson

Jon oversees the tax compliance function and is involved in applying strategic tax planning to optimize investment outcomes. He joined the Wolfe companies in 2025 with an extensive background in real estate.

Reilly Newsham

Reilly joined the Wolfe companies in 2025. Reilly supports underwriting and deal structuring across debt and equity investment opportunities and assists in asset management, capital markets, and broader corporate growth initiatives.
Education: Bachelor of Science, Finance, The Ohio State University.

Barbara Rogers

Barb joined the Wolfe companies in 1982. Barb serves as the front door to the firm and supports the executive team by managing schedules, helping coordinate key projects, and ensuring smooth operations.
